This year's Goomtee Spring Chinary Black plucked from the vintage chinary bushes, is a firework of taste and texture. As you begin sipping, delicate notes of unripe tree fruit coat your palate. Towards the middle, notes of sweet vegetative flavors and muskmelon entwined with subtle undertones of candied rhubarb arrive, adding a rounded feel to the cup. The green papaya aftertaste lingers making for a distinguished finish.
