A medium-bodied, brisk cup which feels ample in the mouth and starts with subtle tart-sweet fruity notes akin to nectarines; which gradually subside to reveal a heart resonating with vibrant nutty-woody flavors rendering an unique texture to the liquor. Light vegetal undercurrents interlaced with furtive earthy nuances shore up around the edges, adding a rounded character to the cup. Mild stone-fruity intonations is discernible towards the finish which lingers on, making for a memorable cup of Autumnal black from the North-East.
