I was skeptical about the caramel flavor being too strong while ordering but the Chai is just lovely. The taste of the caramel is quite subtle and soothing. The smell is also quiet refreshing. I use it for making milk based tea. Simmering the tea longer makes it taste even better and stronger and fills the room with its aroma. I would totally recommend it.
