Ganesh Himal Classic Spring Black Tea
From the highlands of Nepal, a soft and earthy tea that's well suited for a light palate.
We returned to the Ganesh Himal gardens after enjoying their smooth, light and mellow first flush teas last year. Firewood, earth, and red flowers define the tea's flavor profile this season. On the palate it’s relatively dry, with a sort of musty, earthy quality that’s actually quite appealing and sets you up for the next sip.
Fresh; marked by notes of dew soaked grass, wet earth, and nuts
Mix of thin, medium sized, tightly rolled brownish-black leaves with short bright green leaf cuttings and thin powder green buds.
Marked by soft notes of cooked string beans and garden flower
Dark green leaf cuttings
