Cannon Earl Grey Tea

description

This unique Earl Grey blend combines a smoky, high-fired black tea from the highlands of northern India with citrusy bergamot extract, producing a tea with a bold and assertive flavor profile. The dominating note in the infusion is that of a high-fired black tea, which lends a tobacco-like taste to the brew, complemented by a sweet and fragrant flavor of bergamot which arrests the intense smoky notes in the just the right amount.

Great rainy day tea

Likes : Great Aroma, Smooth Body, High Quality, Unique Flavor Profile.

Best Served : Morning, Afternoon.

The smokiness isn't too strong, which is nice, and makes one want to sit by the fire on a rainy day.

Bracing Earl grey experience

Likes : Freshness, Great Aroma, Smooth Body, High Quality, Unique Flavor Profile.

Best Served : Afternoon.

This is the single best earl grey I've ever encountered. The aroma of bergamot is immediately intense, its smooth and robust- even without the malty notes I tend to prefer. As a dyed in the wool Assam drinker, this is one of the few Darjeeling cups I frequently enjoy.
