Almost a bit green

Likes : Great Aroma, Smooth Body.

Best Served : Anytime.

When you look at the leaves, it may be a bit surprising that this is in fact a black tea. It almost looks like a mixture of black and green tea, and it pretty must tastes that way too. It was a very plesent cup of tea, but very far from a breakfast tea.

I really enjoy its special tastes, for me they are new and not classic. I find them pleasing and refreshing - some family members did not so much like it. I enjoy it very much in the evening and noon

Warm and Tangy

Likes : Freshness, Unique Flavor Profile.

1. It's greenish with bits and pieces of oxidised leaves, gives off a nice aroma of wood and old books. 2. Steeped into a slightly paler Nigerian Sunset, with a nice tangy flavour (Wild Berries, I can picture blackberry or boysenberry which are naturally tangier than the other berry family), a vegetal after taste (Lily). Aroma wise it's much vegetal (Sweet Pea) and fresh. 3. A nice brew to enjoy while reading, a warm cuppa for the raining season (in my area right now). Sweet and Mellow

Likes : Smooth Body, Unique Flavor Profile.

Best Served : Afternoon.

A very enjoyable spring Darjeeling. Throughout there is a mellow sweetness and a kind of warmth, like sunshine on stone fruit. There was no trace of bitterness but just a trace of dryness at the finish.

Classic

Likes : Great Aroma, High Quality.

Best Served : Morning.

Their own description of this tea is accurate - a brisk first flush taste without any bitterness. The muscatel aroma was refreshing, and delicious. Nothing to not like about it, very solid. In my estimation, this is the kind of tea that helps form Darjeeling's reputation world wide.
