Soft, soothing vegetal hints with undercurrents of mint.
You pick mint almost immediately and this masks much of the tea's vegetal flavors. But close attention brings up hints of moss and forest floor that hum in the background.
Best enjoyed with spice-rich Middle Eastern food.
Thick and enveloping; marked by heady fragrance of mint and mellow hints of forest floor and undergrowth.
Light rolled, silvery tipped, green tea leaves mixed with mint leaves.
Pronounced vegetal note, tamed mint, and undercurrents of white flower.

This is a wonderful peppermint tea which is not too overpoweringly mint. I love to drink this in the afternoon or before bed. I am looking forward to trying it iced in Summer.

This tea is very fresh and the green tea is a very high quality. The mint is a lot less strong in this than I expected. I primarily taste the green tea, which is quite vegetal, and secondarily the mint, which is mild. Also be careful with steeping as it seems to oversteep easily and becomes too bitter to drink.
