North Tukvar Classic Summer Chinary Black Tea

description

Marked by a nutty and pleasantly herbaceous flavor profile, this summer black tea makes for an enlivening sip.
Throughout the cup profile of this tea one can relish many consecutive flavors - the freshness of parsley, a mellow note of honey and a nutty, almond-like tinge towards the end. This mellow low-caffeine black is the perfect accompaniment to an afternoon.

I like this one as a change from my favorites. I drank it with sugar, and sometimes milk. I enjoyed it and finished all of it. It's a very pleasant tea.

Good scent and flavor. The parsley is a prominent taste; I enjoyed it but you might not like it if you dont like parsley. I found the flavor unique.

Definitely can taste the Parsley

Likes : Freshness, High Quality, Unique Flavor Profile.

The parsley aroma and taste on the palate are definitely accurate for this tea, as there is no mistaking them when drinking this. I didn't find it overpowering, and provided a nice change from some of my other teas. Would recommend adding a touch of sugar or honey.

Gotta Like the Parsley

Dislikes : Strong.

This was not my favorite Darjeeling. I got this as a sample and the palate described both aroma and palate as Honey-Parsley. The description was accurate about the parsley which seemed predominant. Since this is a not a favored tasting note for me, this is not a Darjeeling I would order. If, however, you love that herbaceous, parsley overtone, this may be the tea for you.
