Peach Tango Iced Tea

description

This delicious tea is absolutely peachy and perfect for those carefree, summer days. A distinct peach nose goes wonderfully well with sweet hint of lemongrass.
On the palate, a generous measure of peach combined with freshness of mint is quite exciting. A slightly tangy aftertaste lingers playfully on the tongue. Owing to its medium caffeine, this tea makes for an all day long treat.

How to Brew

Prepare tea as recommended. Once steeped, discard leaves and allow tea to cool before refrigerating. To serve, pour chilled tea into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish as desired.

Refreshing and fruity

Likes : Freshness, Unique Flavor Profile.

Dislikes : Weak.

Best Served : Afternoon.

This tea makes a great cooling summer treat, excellent for family picnics and outdoor dining. I prefer stronger flavors in general so I used more than the recommended amount of leaf to brew, which worked well with no bitterness. I recommend serving it with frozen peach slices to boost the fruitiness. One thing to note is that in my sampler of this tea, most of the lightweight dried peach had migrated to the top of the bag and stuck together in clumps - so obtaining a properly uniform scoop of leaves for brewing took some mindful effort.

Naturally flavoured and refreshing

The blend tastes very natural, nothing like supermarket bought peach iced tea! The tea is very refreshing and fruity, and tastes... healthy somehow. Lovely!
