Very good, if not amazingly memorable.

Likes : Great Aroma, Smooth Body.

Best Served : Afternoon.

A nutty and slightly floral oolong. The smell is amazing, and the flavour itself is good. One of the better oolongs I've received in my subscription.

Very pleasant oolong

Likes : Smooth Body.

The first time I had this tea, it had a very strong smell of apples or cherries, but I haven't smelled that since (I don't know if it was the cup I used or the freshness of the leaves at that time). I've really been enjoying this oolong. Not as complex a flavor as I usually prefer, but still very pleasant and a great tea to enjoy with a book. An added bonus - even when I over-steeped it, it only became slightly astringent, not bitter. Teabox's notes are correct though - you can only steep this tea once (after that, the leaves are nearly flavorless).

Goldilocks Oolong

Likes : Smooth Body.

Not too strong, not too weak, it's just right.. This oolong has oak notes that are rounded out by sweet fruit and floral tones. The floral rose taste is not normally one I enjoy, however this is light enough that it manages to be the perfect complement for the woodiness. The Red Arbor is a solid oolong that won't disappoint, but also may not be memorable. It's tame and should please a wide variety of palates.

Great Oolong

Likes : High Quality.

Best Served : Anytime.

The dried leaves really do have a strong aroma of dried cherries, which is incredible. That disappears in the tea itself, though. The steeped tea has a woody/nutty aroma, and a strong but not unpleasant wood taste. There’s a very faint note of rose to it, not enough to really distinguish on its own, but just enough to soften and round out the wood. Overall it’s a generic but very well done oolong. It would go with any meal or time of day. Flavors: Muscatel, Oak wood, Rose, Wood

Beautiful tea

This tea is beautiful in appearance, aroma, and taste. The multicolored tea leaves are very pleasing to the eye, and the aroma extremely pleasant. Taste is somewhat fruity and well rounded, full-bodied without being too strong.

Teabox's Description is Spot On

Likes : Great Aroma, Smooth Body, High Quality.

Best Served : Afternoon, Evening, Dessert Tea.

I don't quite have the tea vocabulary to describe this, but reading teabox's description I can agree 100%. Specifically the taste description is spot on. In a way distinctly different from black tea (which I drink mostly) the taste starts on in a woody note, but not unpleasant in the least. There's ever so slightly a taste of fruit but it does fade to a full bodied almost umami taste at the end. It is quite good, though I wouldn't want to drink it in the morning - but I could just be used to black tea in the morning. To me it seems much more an "afternoon inside on a cold day" tea instead of a "wake up and start the day" tea.

Great tea for anytime and has a nice and mild flavor. This works well with any meal, I enjoyed it with & after a salad, and I can tell this will be a great dessert tea too. I'm a big fan.
