This policy explains what information Teabox collects when you visit teabox.com or buy from us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.
- We collect what we need to take, ship and support your order.
- We share it only with the services that help us do that, such as payments, delivery, email and reviews.
- We use cookies and ad pixels (Meta and Google) to measure and improve our ads. You can say no.

What we collect
Name, email, phone, billing and delivery address, and what you bought. Card details go straight to our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
Your browser and device, IP address, approximate location, the pages you view and how you arrived. This is collected with cookies and similar tools.
Your messages, photos you send us, and any review, name and location you choose to publish.
How we use it
- To process payment, pack and ship your order, and send order and delivery updates.
- To answer your questions and handle replacements and refunds.
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
- To send newsletters and offers, only if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand how the site is used and to measure and improve our advertising.

Some cookies are needed for the store to work, such as your cart, checkout and login. Others help us understand how the site is used, and the Meta and Google pixels help us see which ads work and show you relevant ones on other sites.

Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to see, correct, download or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop marketing to you. Email help@teabox.com and we’ll reply within 30 days.
UK and EU customers: we use your information to fulfil your order, to meet legal obligations, for our legitimate business interests, and with your consent for marketing and ad cookies. You may complain to your local data protection authority.
California and other US state residents: you have the right to know, correct and delete your information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. You may use an authorised agent to make a request. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Keeping your information
- How long: order records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require. Other information is deleted when it’s no longer needed or when you ask.
- Where: our service providers may store your information outside your country, including in the United States and India, with safeguards required by law.
- Security: payments are encrypted and handled by certified providers, and access to customer data is limited to staff who need it.
- Automated checks: Shopify uses automated fraud checks, such as briefly blocking repeated failed payments. These have no other effect on you.
- Age: our store is for adults aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date below shows the latest version.
