How do I brew the chais in the sampler?
The Steeping Method -
In 180 ML boiled water, put 1tsp of chai and steep it for 5mins and strain it in a cup. Drink plain or add a dash of milk.
The Boiled Method -
Step 1 - Boil 1cup - 180 ml water in a pan.
Step 2 - Add 1tsp of chai and simmer it for 2 mins
Step 3 - Add 1/2 cup of milk to the pan and simmer it for another 2-3 mins
Step 4 - Add sugar as per your liking & stir
Step 5 - Strain the chai on your cup & slurrp away
