Teabox ships to 125+ countries (almost everywhere) in the world. We offer Express (5-8 business days via DHL & Fedex) & EMS (12-20 Days weeks via Government post) shipping options depending on the country.

Shipping Charges
Teabox offers free Express/Standard shipping for all orders above a certain value. We have highlighted the free shipping thresholds for few countries below:

Australia - 115 AUD
Denmark - 79 Euro
Canada - 99 CAD
France - 75 Euro
Russia - 8,000 RUB
Singapore - 95 SGD
South Korea - 100,000 KRW
United Arab Emirates - 284 AED
United Kingdom - 57 GBP
USA - 75 USD

For orders below the above shipping thresholds & other countries, shipping is calculated at checkout. For EU countries, nominal taxes & duties are collected upfront (on the checkout) and the price you pay is the landed cost/door delivery cost and you would not have to pay anything extra.

Order Processing & Shipping Time
Orders received before noon IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day. Please note that our International delivery partner, DHL/FedEx does not deliver Teabox orders on Saturday or Sundays
Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfillment center.

Terms of Trade
Unless otherwise specified at checkout, the terms of trade on our site are 'DAP' (Delivered at Place without payment of duty and taxes of the destination country) when no advance duty and tax are collected. Under DAP, the following responsibilities are assigned to the Buyer and Seller:

Buyer Responsibilities:

a. Payment for the goods purchased.
b. Cost of import clearance inspection.
c. Import formalities and payment of destination duties and taxes. If the buyer opts for the carrier (FedEx/DHL) to handle these formalities, they must provide a shipment-specific Power of Attorney to the carrier and cover the associated charges.
d. Ensuring the complete address is provided during ordering, along with a correct email and phone number (issued in the destination country).

Teabox's Responsibilities:

a. Provision of goods along with the required documentation
b. Pickup, carriage, and door delivery to the provided address.
c. Handling origin customs formalities.
