How To Make Chai?

BOILING METHOD - WATCH

STEEPING METHOD - NO MILKPAN NEEDED

Step 1

Heat 150 ml of water to 90–95°C (194–203°F).

Step 2

Measure 1 tsp (2 g) of chai into the teapot or infuser.

Step 3

Pour the hot water over the leaves and cover.

Step 4

Let it steep for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Strain into your cup - add a dash of milk and a sweetener if you like.

Serving

Perfect as it is. Add milk, any sweetener of your choice.

Storage Instructions

I would say one of the best tea is my tea box. I also love their Mulled wine tea. I bought it via CRED app and I celebrate my special occasions with my Mulled wine tea. It's also worth a try. This is my favourite masala chai that I drink nearly every day. The warm spices are perfect. I think my last purchase was tweaked slightly because it has more heat on the aftertaste; possibly from black pepper ? In any case, I love it. 10/10 would recommend !
