Taste
Nestled within the lush landscapes of Assam, the historic Meleng tea estate, established in 1856, unfurls its treasure in this exceptional brew. A true embodiment of Assam orthodox black tea, this robust cup opens with a delightful malty embrace.

As you savor the first sip, the flavors gradually evolve, revealing a heartwarming symphony of sweet textures, reminiscent of succulent dates and golden raisins.

As you delve deeper into this tea adventure, furtive whispers of cocoa tiptoe across your palate, subtly enhancing the richness of the experience. And just when you think you've reached the pinnacle, the enchanting journey takes an elegantly sweet turn, like a gentle caress of honeyed tones that linger and beckon for another sip.

I like malty Assam teas. I drink 1-2 cups a day. Each packet seemed to last about a month. They arrived very well packaged and told a story of the tea pickers. I have placed 3 orders since May and have been very happy with their product and pricing.

What a great addition...

What a great addition to the Assam offerings at Teabox! A great depth of malty flavor. I added a bit of honey which was a nice compliment to it, but it's strong enough to hold up to using maple syrup as well. I ordered the sample size but will soon be ordering more!
