Tasting Notes

From our Chief Tea Taster
Submit
Aroma
Fragrant and expressive, marked by elegant tones of Asiatic lily, raw mango, and fleeting hints of muskmelon
Appearance
Champagne
Taste
Light-bodied and silken, the cup unfolds with graceful floral tones reminiscent of Asiatic lilies. These notes bloom gently across the palate, lingering with a soft persistence. Beneath them lie mellow accents of raw mango and muskmelon, bringing a delicate fruitiness.

As the infusion develops, a brightness akin to spring sap emerges, laced with subtle citrus highlights that lift the cup with finesse.

A second steep at 4 minutes reveals mellow, peach-like sweetness - smooth and lush. Served over ice, the third steep transforms into a remarkably refined, cooling finish.
