What do you mean by Spring Chinary Black tea ?

By Chinary, we are referring to the tea plant - Camellia sinensis var. sinensis, from where the tea has been crafted. Plucked after a period of dormancy from December to February, the teas made from Chinary cultivars have their own distinctive flavor profile. The young leaves, filled with spring sap, are harvested during this March-May period, contributing to the tea's freshness and nuanced characteristics.
