Tasting Notes
From our Chief Tea Taster
Aroma
A pronounced bouquet of rich malt and dried stone fruit unfolds alongside notes of wild honey, layered with subtle hints of cocoa and warm wood.
Appearance
Dark amber
Taste
A full-bodied Assam cup with a rich, rounded character. It opens with bold malty notes, unfolding into layers of caramel and wild honey. As the cup develops, flavours of fruit preserves and dried apricots emerge, complemented by gentle woody undertones and a delicate hint of cocoa.
The finish is long, smooth, and beautifully balanced, leaving behind lingering notes of caramelized sweetness and warm malt.
