How To Make Chai?

BOILING METHOD - WATCH

STEEPING METHOD - NO MILKPAN NEEDED

Step 1

Heat 150 ml of water to 90–95°C (194–203°F).

Step 2

Measure 1 tsp (2 g) of chai into the teapot or infuser.

Step 3

Pour the hot water over the leaves and cover.

Step 4

Let it steep for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Strain into your cup - add a dash of milk and a sweetener if you like.

Serving

Perfect as it is. Add milk, any sweetener of your choice.

Love this tea

I was so pleasantly surprised at how good this tea is. The mint is light and refreshing, perfect as we head into the heat of summer. Definitely a favorite!

Great flavour

The tea was just amazing, slightly on the pricier side but excellent for gifting. Sad that they discontinued the product.

A very different drink. This arrived yesterday and I couldn't wait to try it. The mint is not overpowering and blends well with the delicate spicing. Takes time to get to know the flavours but we'll worth it.
