Halmari Special Summer Black Tea
A laurelled Assam Cup with delectable notes of malt, date palms & yellow raisins
description
The creme-de-la-creme of Assam, the teas from the Halmari tea estate, are known for their aromatic and full-bodied characteristics. Strong notes of malt and date palms hum throughout the entire duration of the cup. Luscious yellow raisins add depth to the taste with soft floral and sweet accents towards the end, a classic orthodox cup of second flush teas.

A full-bodied, brisk cup which beams with pronounced notes of malt and date palm. These flavors envelope the palate right at the start, gradually grow into prominence and hum along throughout the length of the liquor. Subtle cocoa-like undertones interlaced with delectable flavor of yellow raisins is discernible around the edges, rendering a layer of depth and vivacious intensity to the cup. Soft floral tones come through towards the end, which however ebb to finish on lingering, sweet accents; adding to the charm of having a vintage Assam orthodox black tea.
