The tea has an underlying pleasant smoothness that balances out any slight astringency discernible along the edges. Towards the end, you'll notice sweet hints of yellow raisins that linger on, making it a memorable experience of Assam black tea this summer.

Not as good as it used to be

Teabox's Halmari has been lackluster over the past couple of years. The quality isn't what it used to be. Tends to be bitter with little hint of malt.
