Taste
Nestled amidst the verdant landscapes of Assam, Harmutty tea estate stands as a testament to time, its roots tracing back to 1878. As you sip this season's medium-bodied elixir, you will perceive a distinct maltiness, reminiscent of the estate's rich history.

As the flavors unfold, a gentle character akin to date palm emerges, introducing a mellow undertone. Delicately intertwined with these flavors are notes of maple syrup along with an interplay of stone-fruity accents, adding a layer of depth and complexity to the taste profile.

As the final notes gracefully fade, subtle accents of cocoa emerge, leaving behind a lingering symphony that resonates long after the last sip, a harmonious tribute to the legacy of Harmutty.

Pleasant Tea

I've been testing several Assam teas from Teabox. This one seems to be winning. Very pleasant taste for a black tea. Love it!

Great value for Malt Monsters

If you like loose leaf, classic malty Assam teas, this is a great value. Malty, with notes of Date and other fruits, this is our go to morning cup. Great with a little honey or agave syrup

Malty satisfying assam

This was my pick of the sampler pack. Better than much more expensive teas. Really good with raw sugar, complements the flavor palate.

Harmutty is my go-to...

Harmutty is my go-to morning tea because it's malty, strong, and perfect with toast and homemade marmalade. I brew it only 3-4 minutes to lessen the caffeine a bit but it still has plenty of aroma and flavor.

Delicious!

It has a full-bodied and complex flavour, fruity, lower tannin. Most enjoyable!
