    taste

A medium-bodied, brisk cup which feels mellow and starts with a soft floral character, reminiscent of Lily of the Valley and Jasmine; which gradually grow into prominence as you make your way through the cup. Muted tropical-fruity undertones akin to cantaloupe intertwined with a vibrant winter-green texture can be perceived towards the middle and around the edges; rendering a mellow feel to the liquor. Sweet-floral accents with subtle tones of nectarines shore up towards the finish and linger on in the aftertaste, making for a distinctive experience of winter-frost teas from the Blue Hills.
