Inspired by the traditional Thandai of Banaras — the festive, nut-rich drink enjoyed during Holi, temple celebrations, and warm summer evenings — this chai reimagines those iconic flavors through a comforting, everyday masala blend.

Just like Thandai, it brings together saffron for richness, rose for fragrance, and almonds and pistachios for depth, layered with classic spices for warmth and harmony.
