I’d carefully steeped my first cup of my classic Assam trial pouch. Beautiful , steaming deep golden brown. But I was greedy - I wanted to get every drop out of the infuser cup so I tilted it, coaxing gravity to give me another few drops - when it slipped. I grabbed. Too hard. In a flash the whole beautiful brew was on the counter & floor. What a waste. My next attempt was more successful &.yielded the rich, strong, malty cup I’d been expecting. Will order more. And will be more careful!

A very delicious tea. I have
tried it in more than one way. The method I enjoyed the most was adding 100 ml to every gram of tea and placing it in a refrigerator under a candle to retain the heat for 15 minutes. After that, you will taste a very delicious tea. I will share my experience by adding 5.5 grams to 600 ml.

I purchased the tea for a friend who is very keen on 'proper' tea and she is really pleased with the flavours in her sample box and also the black teas I got for her birthday. Co-incidentally, the first order, with the infuser glass cup, arrived just after her existing one had broken!
All in all, very impressed with the tea she has tasted so far.

Changed my tea routines completely. Even though I am still exploring the inventory and trying new teas. I can already say that TEABOX is surely my tea supplier. Forget about sugar, real tea doesn't need it.

74 years old and now I know what fresh tea tastes like. Easy to order and timely delivery. With so many options I look forward to trying other varieties.

Found this tea to be pleasant and mild. It was mellow and enjoyable. Less showy than some other stronger summer blacks which i tend to prefer, but very nice.

I bought this tea for my husband and he loves it! He follows the brewing instructions carefully and is becoming quite the expert. I look forward to getting him more of this tea and trying some of the others.

Nice strong cup of tea. Takes milk well.

I don't have the vocabulary to describe the opening, but it made me think of sunshine and flowers, although it didn't taste of flowers. Followed by a spicy note. Finishes with a hint of tea-too-strong flavor, although the tea wasn't too strong. The sunshine-and-flowers opening makes it worth the money.

Very typical, wholehearted Assam.
