    The liquor is medium-bodied, brisk and has a distinct character to it. Delicate fruity flavors akin to cantaloupe is discernible immediately and hums along throughout the length of the cup. Towards the middle, vibrant notes of wintergreen oil come through; intensifying the flavors and rendering an unique texture to the liquor. A mild leafy note can be perceived around the edges which however ebb to finish on subtle, sweet fragrance of amaryllis; which lingers on making for a memorable experience of Winter Frost teas from the Blue Hills.
