Taste

Nestled amidst the Himalayas in North East India, the Temi tea garden, founded by the Government of Sikkim in 1969, is renowned for its exceptional teas and the captivating beauty that surrounds it. This season's cup, medium-bodied and brimming with life, caresses the palate with an ample embrace that beckons the senses. Stone-fruits intermingle with peachy sweetness, crafting a captivating flavor tapestry from the first sip. Subtle muskiness and cedar undertones add depth, echoing stories of the very earth from which these leaves unfurl. A lively crescendo emerges, carrying the essence of red berries, culminating in Temi's rich terroir symphony—an echo of the land's organic spirit and nurturing craftsmanship.

The tea I got...

The tea I got this time was muddy in colour, not the clear golden brown of Temi.

The fresh tea from the garden of Sikkim for a refreshing morning.

This Sikkim Temi Summer Muscatel black tea is reasonably excellent in taste but the flavour is quite mild, however I am satisfied with the overall quality of the tea within a budget

Lovely tea, would recommend

This is a lovely tea, taste perfectly as described. For me it is a little too vegetal in taste (personal preference only!), hence 4 stars. Beautiful leaves and makes beautiful cup!
