Margaret's Hope Moonlight Spring White Tea
description
This year's 'Moonlight' from Margaret's Hope is exceptionally smooth and tipped with delicate fragrance and flavors of white flowers. It has a certain amount of restraint which is uncommon in white teas from Darjeeling, which are more known for their heady aroma and flavor peaks. Where this tea stands out is in its subtle complexity and velvety texture.

taste
The liquor is light but velvety smooth, ample, and tipped with delicate floral flavors. Mellow notes of waxy white flowers, similar to lily of the valley, define the aromatic profile of the tea. Oaky notes are also discernible in the cup along with mellow notes of muskmelon, noticeable more in the aftertaste. The second steep is pleasantly sweet and floral.
