Korakundah Classic Winter Frost Black Tea

description

The flavors of this Nilgiri tea are quite autumnal and Darjeeling-like mellow, medium-bodied, pleasantly floral and woody. They are refreshing without being imposing or complex. Ideal for those who to prefer to start their day with lighter teas.

taste

The liquor is mellow, medium-bodied, and multi-textured. It starts out dry and slightly coarse but turns soft quickly. Notes of wet wood, fresh almond, and waxy red flowers, similar to amaryllis and lily, can be picked out intermittently throughout the length of the cup. A slight astringency comes through towards the end, fading quickly to reveal fresh almond-like finish.
