Chota Tingrai Classic Spring Black Tea

description

We were struck by the range of flavors in this tea, particularly the note of melon which comes through in the start and again in the finish. And while you can enjoy it with a splash of milk, this tea is definitely worth trying plain.

Best for iced tea

Likes : Freshness, High Quality, Unique Flavor Profile.

Best Served : Dessert Tea.

A sweet a subtle Assam, but like other Assams, not as rich or full bodied as its 2nd flush / summer counterpart- However, this spring flush tea makes utterly wonderful iced tea where its brighter lighter flavour really comes through.

Wonderful Assam

Likes : Freshness, Great Aroma, Smooth Body, High Quality, Unique Flavor Profile.

Dislikes : Bitter if Over-Steeped.

Best Served : Anytime, Morning.

This is a well balanced, strong Assam. As it goes with most Assams, be careful not to oversteep! This tea is very malty and rich. A magnificent way to start or end the day.
